ABSTRACT

Objective To study the clinical application value of lung ultrasonography (LUS) in adult community acquired pneumonia (CAP).Methods A total of 304 cases of CAP diagnosed by clinic and lung CT in our hospital were performed LUS examination and the results were conducted the comparison. The majority of pneumonia patients detected by ultrasound were performed the ultrasound follow up for observing the disease outcomes. Results Among 301 cases,288 cases were ultrasound examination positive,11 cases were false negative,2 cases were misdiagnosis, the positive rate was 95.6 %.The main ultrasound signs were pulmonary consolidation, abnormal pleural line,B line and pleural effusion.Among 288 cases of positive ultrasound, lung consolidation was found,in which 193 cases were accompanied by air bronchogram,280 cases had abnormal pleural line,85 cases had pleural effusion,212 cases had B line;the consolidation lesion areas distribution:unilateral lung in 108 cases, bilateral lungs in 180 cases,82cases of single lesion and 206 cases of multiple lesions. Conclusion The lung ultrasound diagnosis of CAP has high accuracy,no radiation, can conduct in bedside, can be repeated for many times, and is worth promoting.

ABSTRACT

Objective To research the resilience and influencing factors of the plateau soldiers. Methods Resilience Scale for Adult (RSA),Symptom Checklist (SCL-90),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) was used in this study to 756 plateau soldiers. Results ①The high resilience has been found in plateau soldiers (2.78 ± 0.47 ).There were significantly differences in three education levels of the plateau soldiers in planned of future (F =3.261,P =0.039 ),family cohesion (F =6.428,P =0.002 ),structure style(F=4.135,P=0.016) and RSA scores(F=4.162,P=0.016),and college > senior high school > junior high school.②Compared to the lower group in the RSA,the higher group scored significantly higher in extraversion ( t =13.004,P =0.000) and self-efficacy ( t =12.956,P =0.000 ),while lower in SCL-90 ( t =10.308,P =0.000) and neuroticism( t =11.297,P =0.000).③Resilience had significantly positive relation with self-efficacy ( r =0.48 ) and extraversion ( r =0.46 ),and negative relation with neuroticism ( r =- 0.42 ) andSCL-90( r =-0.41 ).The self-efficacy extraversion and neuroticism have nice predictive ability (42%).Conclusion The Resilience of plateau soldiers are good condition,self-efficacy,extraversion,and neuroticism are important influencing factors for plateau soldiers.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the characteristic and its influencing factors of resilience in Chinese recruits to provide the scientific evidence for the mental health training. Methods Resilience Scale for Adults (RSA) ,Self-report Symptom Checklist 90( SCL-90), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) and General SelfEfficacy Scale (GSES) were applied to 2459 recruits(2231 males and 139 females, aged ( 19 ± 1.5 ) ) within two male recruits( 101.76 ± 14.06) was significantly higher than that of males (96.65 ± 15.62) ( t=4. 13, P<0. 0l ) ;Recruits with College and above education have significantly higher RSA scores than those with junior high school education and senior high school education (P < 0. 0l ). Between the only child group and non only child group, there was no significant difference in RSA total score , but significant difference existed only in three factors higher RSA group scored significantly higher in extraversion (Z = 19.13, P = 0.000), abreaction adjustment (Z =8.67, P = 0.600 ) and self-efficacy (Z = 19.48, P = 0.000 ), while scored significantly lower in the SCL-90 (Z =Resilience had significant positive correlation with extraversion, abreaction adjustment and self-efficacy, and negative correlation with the neuroticism and inhibition adjustment. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that extraversion, neuroticism, abreaction adjustment/inhibition adjustment and self-efficacy had predictive ability to resilience( explain 41% ). Conclusion Chinese recruits have good resilience. Emotion Regulation (abreaction adjustment/inhibition adjustment), extraversion, neuroticism and self-efficacy are important influencing factors of resilience for Chinese recruits.
